Terms of Use, Mr.Lacy Israel

 

1. General

The Mr.Lacy website (the "Website") is operated by Ez-Sale, the exclusive importer and distributor of Mr.Lacy products in Israel. Browsing and purchasing on the Website are subject to the terms set out in these Terms of Use. Browsing and/or purchasing on the Website constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

 

2. Products and prices

Prices on the Website are shown in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT as required by law. The company reserves the right to update prices, promotions and product availability from time to time without prior notice. Product images on the Website are for illustration only.

 

3. Placing an order

Completion of an order is subject to approval of the transaction by the payment processing company. The company may cancel an order in the event of a reasonable error in the product description or price, or in cases of suspected fraud.

 

4. Payment methods

You can pay on the Website by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Isracard, American Express) or with a PayPal account.

All payments are made on a secure, encrypted (SSL) payment page. Credit card details are not stored on the Website's systems.

Payment is charged in New Israeli Shekels, including VAT, when the order is confirmed. Orders for pickup in Herzliya are also paid on the Website at the time of ordering.

 

5. Shipping, cancellations and returns

The shipping, cancellation and returns policies are described on the separate "Shipping Policy" and "Cancellation and Returns Policy" pages on the Website.

 

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Website, including its design, content, trademarks and the Mr.Lacy logo, are reserved to their owners, and they may not be used in any way without prior written permission.

 

7. Liability

The company makes every effort to keep the information on the Website accurate, but is not responsible for typos or inaccuracies that may appear on it. Use of the Website is at the user's sole responsibility.

9. Governing law

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
