Cancellation and Returns Policy, Mr.Lacy Israel

 

We operate in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction) that apply to distance selling.

 

Canceling an order

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. If you choose to cancel the order, we will issue a full refund. If the goods have already been shipped, the delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the customer must return the goods in their original condition and original packaging, at the customer's expense. All products will be inspected before a refund is issued. Used products cannot be returned. You may return a product to exchange it for a different color or model; the customer pays the shipping and return costs. The customer is responsible for the returned goods until they reach our warehouse.

Returns

Refunds will be issued within 10 days from the day we receive the return. We will take the items back or exchange them for a different size or color. Products must be returned at the customer's expense, in their original condition and with the original packaging. Damaged packaging or used products will not be refunded.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
