Delivery methods and costs

Home delivery, ₪19.90 per order, anywhere in Israel. Free delivery on orders over ₪199.

Pickup in Herzliya, free. You can pick up your order in Herzliya by prior arrangement, after you receive a notice that the order is ready for pickup.

Delivery times

Orders will be delivered within up to 3 business days (not including the order day) anywhere in Israel, subject to confirmation by the courier company. Remote communities and kibbutzim, up to 5 business days. During special sale periods, orders will be delivered within up to 7 business days. For pickup, the order is usually ready within 24 hours, and we will send you a notice when it is ready.

General terms

Fridays, holiday eves, the intermediate days of holidays (Chol HaMoed), holidays and Saturdays are not considered business days. Delivery times are subject to the policy of the external delivery company and are its responsibility. Deliveries may be delayed due to the security situation, epidemics, lockdowns, strikes or other events beyond the control of the company or the delivery company. The customer is responsible for entering an accurate address and contact details.
